What we are useful for
- Corrections. Platform rules change. If a royalty rate, disclosure requirement or payment schedule quoted here has gone stale, tell us and we will fix it and log the change on the homepage.
- Guide requests. If you searched for something and could not find a straight answer anywhere, that is exactly the kind of article we want to write.
- Questions about a guide. If something is unclear, the guide is probably at fault. Ask and we will rewrite the confusing part.
What we cannot help with
- Support or refunds for Cozy Co-Author. We are an affiliate, not the seller. Purchases, receipts, logins and refunds are handled by the vendor through WarriorPlus. Use the support link on your purchase receipt — going through us only adds a delay.
- Amazon KDP account problems. Blocked titles, account reviews and royalty disputes go to KDP support. Nobody outside Amazon can intervene in those.
- Personalised financial or legal advice. We publish general information about how these platforms pay. What you should do with your money, and how to handle tax on it, is a question for a professional in your own country.
